🚚 Shipping Time

  • Orders are normally processed within 1 business day.
  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

📦 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you may receive a confirmation message through WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call to verify your order and delivery details.

For Cash on Delivery orders, order confirmation may be required before dispatch.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.

📍 Delivery Address

Please make sure your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order.

ZIVO is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or unreachable phone number.

📞 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or cannot be contacted, the order may be returned to us.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact ZIVO customer support as soon as possible and provide relevant photos or videos so we can assist you.
